Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit Demo Downloaded 2 Million Times
The demo for EA's Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit has had a strong response since it debuted two weeks ago.
The fashionable Need for Speed had a great reception at this year's E3, garnering very much of positive buzz and a bunch of awards for Best Racing Game of the convening. The success of NFS:HP can only be problematic for the oft-postponed Gran Turismo 5. While NFS is definitely a lot more "arcadey" than the more strict simulation of Gran Turismo, I'm not sure how many racing fans volition be buying deuce titles this season. Will Sony at length try to take GT5 unsuccessful the door in time to contend with NFS on the PS3?
